OXS skimboards came about in mid 08 with the sole intention of providing New Zealand with top of the line flatland skimboards. 

I feel like OXS has achieved a lot with flatland boards since then and the itch to expand really hit me this year. Not wanting to be just another flatland skimboard company the thought of being a well rounded SKIMBOARD company sounded good to me. This would require adding wave skimboards to the product list. Many, many hours have been spent testing and building these boards over 2011 and with the release now here I’m very excited about what direction OXS will take this season.

The whole company has had an overhaul with new product from clothing to skimboards to team to media. OXS is setting out to push all types of skimboarding, to all types of people, in all parts of the world. I’m wanting to spread my love of the beach, skimboarding and everything that goes with it to every single person I cross paths with (and the rest).

With more drive and motivation than ever before OXS will see you at the beach!
